Holy real estate Batman!

My neighboring condo unit sold a few months ago and has been vacant since then. Yesterday I noticed a for sale sign again so I went onto mls.ca to snoop and see how much it is. It's a 3 bedroom (mine is a 2)but other than that we have the same features. Parking in front, wood-burning fireplace, lots of storage etc. I bought mine a year and a half ago for $115, 000 and this one is now selling for $279, 900. Good grief!!!!
