I'm gonna be a landlord!! Starting in June I'll be renting out my condo to two great girls so that I can move to the north end to be with Eric. I'm super excited that I didn't have to find someone through from the regular public as I've known these two for a couple of years. Nervous and excited all at the same time... hopefully there are no problems that pop up with the condo when I leave!! Now I just have to figure out where to start with the packing!
