My first foray into the world of being an employer started today, but didn't really get very far. I had someone scheduled to come in for an interview for a part-time position and she failed to either call or show-up! When I got ahold of her she made her apologies and said that she had been called for another interview and got that job and forgot to call to let me know that she wasn't coming!! Sheesh... and she's the one that approached me! Oh well. Hopefully it'll go better next time!
